The list comes from the anchor's public recentTransfers feed. It includes transfers that are still in transit and when each step was reached, and is refreshed every few seconds.
Every open transfer, and the newest ones on load, is also checked with the public getTransferStatus endpoint, the call a wallet makes.
In the background it reads the history of the bridge account on Keeta testnet and decodes the anchor envelope on every bridge transfer. Those are the on-chain events in each transfer's details.
Reserves compare the token supply on Keeta with the SOL held by the Squads vault on Solana devnet.
